i bought some Bruno Rosso tomatoes the other day and made this killer salad with avocados, red onions and a cilantro buttermilk dressing - VERY tasty!

@Southland - The salad would sound good to me if it were not for the BUTTERMILK.
well, you might be able to leave it out since it has sour cream and mayo in it?
and what a ripoff buttermilk is, even at a half a quart, it's too much for any recipe and THEN what do you do with it? maybe we could come up with something to put on the 23 ways to kill theother23 list? death by buttermilk LOL.
@Southland - Buttermilk is cheap here in Wisconsin!! Also, for less than a dollar, I can buy a little carton (half pint? pint? two cups or so) that has just enough to make buttermilk pancakes ... which I don't even make anymore.
ANYHOW, since it has sour cream and mayo, I for sure can't have it (all animal products!); I didn't even notice those listed the first time!!
