  • shoot the day!

Today, I'm taking part in Shoot the Day!  So, it's photography from the moment I get up until I go to bed.  I'm really not a stock photographer, or a photographer at all, but taking pictures sure trips my trigger.

  • I can't wait to see! Did you take a picture of sunrise and your morning paper?

And, man, I wish I were on flickr so I could join Home Comforts. I honestly think my photos aren't good enough. Silly, I know!

  • @Fresh_Sprout - Oh, I wish you would join Flickr ... It's free, it's a great place to *back up* your photos for safety, and it's fun.  Full of lots of inspiration too!!

  • Isn't tripping the trigger the same as snapping the shutter?  Oh, and don't pick up that feather!  (Seems to be a popular dropping spot.)

  • When I find feathers like this, it sort of feels like a secret treasure. This is a really great shot!

  • my day's already shot.  laundry, groceries, out to the nursing home.
    :-

i like flickr but it's limited on storage unless you buy into it.  sigh.  sigh sigh.
why can't something not cost extra, eh?

will look forward to the results of your day of foe-toes.

  • @LuckyStars - Flickr is cheap, cheap, cheap.  Tweet!  (A lot cheaper than Xanga!!)

  • @soNOTcool - well so are you but it's not like i shout it out to the world.
you're gonna kick my ass someday, aren't ya?  not to worry...plenty of kickable space and lots of padding.  just watch out for the ricochet.

  • what do you mean, you're not a photographer, silly?

  • hi! Just passing through.

  • love your clear shots...I need to practice

  • The sweet magic of a feather:)

  • you dear are every bit a photographer...

same as each of us that enjoy it.

    peace *~matthew~*

  • another weirdness....i could have sworn when i came here the other day there was no photo here (or a different photo?)...and i remember reading people's comments about a feather and wondering wth they were talking about! anyway, i really like this shot! it's your perfect composition of what would otherwise be a nothing observation.

  • @notforprophet - NFP, those are not bird droppings, but lichen.
