@anth0nyc - You know, the masks are easy, but indeed ... the costumes are the struggle. We raid a lot of thrift shops. Right now, I have two crazy wedding dresses and we plan to dye at least one of them. I love this project.

Yes, the costumes -- amazing. And what prompted you to do this project, where did you get the idea?
@wixer - I don't know where I got the idea other than in my own head. Just, one day ... I pictured it. I asked X if she would be interested, and since then all costuming/masks/moods are some sort of collaberation between the two of us. Some more mine, some more hers.
This is a brilliant collaboration/collection. It is very evocative and moody like a cast of characters in some mad Kirosawa set. I love it.

If I am not mistaken, I saw a TMNT mask in there. My favorite is the dark elf. It reminds me of an ornament that we used to hang on the Christmas tree. It also makes me think of Mummenschanz. DSC

I just watched the season finale of Project Runway. Please tell me you have seen it so we can discuss.
@key19 - Yes, I did see it! I was happy that Leann won. She was probably my favorite, especially personality-wise, but I thought that her collection was pretty unique and well done.
@soNOTcool - Leanne's collection was awesome.. I definitely think it was a competition between her and Koto (If that is how you spell it...!?) But I had a feeling Leanne would win because of her variety of pieces (pants, skirts, dresses) I ABSOLUTELY loved Koto's first dress, the long green one. It was beautiful... she had a lot of really nice pieces. Kenley's was nicely done but I wasn't too impressed.. and I hate how defensive she gets when the judges have a criticism for her. Although, that blue bridesmaid dress she made was adorable. Inappropriate for a bridesmaid, I thought. But still really cute. Can't wait for next season!
